New way of eating

Thanks for the advice that this way of eating would get easier. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first. During my first week, I was little low on energy, hungry all the time, and always ready to scarf down my next meal. But a strange thing happened during my second week. My energy levels returned. I was not necessarily starving for my next meal. Plus, I'm finding I do not need as much food at each meal to be satisfied. I know it's still early, but I hope the success I've had the second week continues. Thanks again for the advice. You hit the nail on the head! Casemaker |
