I HATE THIS DIET!
 

Just joking but I bet I made you look :)

This diet actually makes me laugh, it's so easy. I laugh when I pass the bathroom scales. I giggle when I put on a pair of jeans that use to try to cut me in half to find they are now so loose I almost have to wear a belt to keep them up.

Anyone else love to hate this diet and find themselves giggling with delight?

Somehow I new this was a trick! lol How many people post a negative subject with a smiley face?


Actually I have been there and I know how great it feels to lose the weight and feel like a new person. It has to be one of the best highs one can get without using drugs. I am determined to get back to that stage when I was in control and burning off the fat.

I was looking so good, and I got alot of attention and compliments from the ladies(thats the best part).

All I want to say is that LC eating is way :cool: I've always got a :) and a ;) on my face, no :o or :( 's for me. And when the scale shows a drop, a big , big :D appears. If that old scale isn't moving, don't get :rolleyes: or :confused:, just stay :cool:, :p and keep with the program. **ROFL**

LC has to be the best way to get control of hunger and excess weight. R

I wish work could be as easy as this diet has been to me. Life would then be wonderful. :D

Isn't that the truth about work! My job isn't fun anymore, :p:p gotta make some changes. Wouldn't it be great if our jobs gave the same *warm fuzzy* feelings that losing weight easily does, the LC way of course.

AHHHHHH!!!! I am right with you on the work thing. Yesterday I about quit! I hate my job so much and I am looking to make a change very soon..... I shouldn't have to sacrifice my happiness!
