End Of Induction?

Hi everyone, today is the end of 2 weeks of induction, I've lost 10 lbs and 1-1/2 inches off my waist! Can't believe it really. Only thing I really miss is yogourt so I'm going to add some very gradually and see what happens. :hyper: I love you guys and this site. Thanks for all the help. Nancy

Nancy.......

Congratulations on your success!!

Just a few words about adding yogurt back in. It should be fine in limited quantities, providing you choose a plain version with at least two different active cultures. There has been some discussion on this in the forum previously and if you do a search on "yogurt" and by doreen T, you will come up with some interesting information.

yogourt

Thanks Marlaine, Yeah, I've read alot, pro and con so I will add slowly. I hope to lose 2 lbs per week if possible. I have a very active job, lots of running around plus I mow the lawn etc. I'll take it slow tho, thanks.. Nancy

P.S. Hey, Marlaine, I left a post in sweet treats. I'm looking for a recipie like your fabulous quiche, but sweet with pumpking puree to sub. for pumpkin pie. Any ideas?'
