body fat - how to

:D Hi everyone, I was wondering how to measure your body fat. The measurement I have is from the gym several months ago and I have no idea how they calculated it. I've looked for a web page but only found BMI. Anybody know where a BF calculator is?

Thanks, Nancy

Hi Nancy...

Have you tried using the search function here in the forum. I know that Natrushka has given URL's for online BF calculators in the past. You can get to the search function at the top of the page, by clicking on the little globe.

Here is one of the threads my search turned up:

Thanks, Marlaine, I bookmarked that site. Long way to go but feel really good. Not hungry at all . I'm eating alot. Seafood, meat and salad. This site is a lifesaver. For the first time I really have confidence that I can lose this extra weight at last. :hyper: Thanks again. nancy
