How does this forum work?
 

I am very confused about this forum and the whole page. There are so many icons and pages. Can anyone explain it to me? :confused:

The forum is broken into subjects or topics.

Depending on which diet plan you are following, or exercise program you will find members with similar interests in the various subject forums.

If you have questions go to the subject forum that interests you and post away. If you do happen to post in the wrong place, a moderator may move your post to the appropriate subject. (Like I have on this thread) :)

Since your question had nothing to do with the Atkin's diet and more on how the forum works, and since you are new, I have moved your post to the newbie question forum incase any other new people had the same question.

At the top of the page there are a series of icons. If you click on the Question Mark, you will be taken to the FAQ page which will probably answer most of your questions about how the forum works.
