hello!

i have started a journal -

it is under journals M to Q and it is called "nanner's food and whatever journal".

and i'll be posting my food and whatever - if you want to look and see if my food is ok - that would be great.

or whatever....

Good job on starting a journal. I was actually on this forum for a while, but just made it VERY recently. I believe it will help me sort out all the food I am eating, and how I am doing on Atkins ;)
