Blueberry muffins!!!!!!!!!!!!
 

Well I made the Adkins bluberry muffins and they are so good but guess what I ended up eating four of them :eek: :eek: wich is 12 carbs needles to say this put me over my carb limit which has been about 25-30 .I dont know what I was thinking anyway I just will pick myself up and get back on track.I made shure I drank alot of water.Anyway thanks for listening :daze: :daze:

Traci maybe next time you might put them in a zip lock bag adn freeze them and take them out one at a time... They are very good ... Good luck low carbing !

I freeze them and take them out 2 at a time for breakfast. 2 seems to be plenty for breakfast and only 6 carbs! I love them! I just pop them in the micro with butter. mmmm

Actually you can either order the mix, but I just buy it at the store. Quite a few of them carry the muffin mixes here. They are easy to make,(only add eggs oil and water) and bake.

I put them in little bags in the freezer. The way I can eat JUST ONE, is by spreading cream cheese on a freshly microwaved muffin.
