Hello I'm new

Hi I'm new and trying hard. Not that great at it. I'm following a mix of sugarbusters and somersizing. Not sure how much I have to lose 50 I think. Anyone need a buddy let me know? Men or women but men preferred. Some reason I get along better with men !

Hello, and welcome aboard. Glad you made the choice to go low carb. Your goal of 50 lbs looks reasonable based on your height.
