Hungry on Workout Days
Do any of you find that you're hungrier throughout the day on the mornings you workout?
On days when I do a serious one hour of cardio/weights, I'm can't seem to fill up the rest of the day. Just curious, Susan |
so eat!
really. You are probably just using up all the calories you are taking in and then some...just add more food those days. this is not a restriction diet. be sure to eat as much as you need.

I don't notice that I'm more hungry... usually just more thirsty. :)
It would make sense to be hungry, though, since you're burning more energy. Hope you're enjoying those workouts! :thup: |
