Hungry on Workout Days
 
Do any of you find that you're hungrier throughout the day on the mornings you workout?

On days when I do a serious one hour of cardio/weights, I'm can't seem to fill up the rest of the day.

really. You are probably just using up all the calories you are taking in and then some...just add more food those days. this is not a restriction diet. be sure to eat as much as you need.

I don't notice that I'm more hungry... usually just more thirsty. :)

It would make sense to be hungry, though, since you're burning more energy.
