Carb Count Help Plz
 

Please help me understand how I come up less calories than stated. Does this mean the label is "true" and there are no carbs?? :confused:

Label Calories: 150

Fat: 14 x 9 = 126
Protein: 5 x 4 = 20
Total calculated carb: 146


This is for a 5oz. can of Vienna Sausage - corn Syrup is 4th ingredient and dextrose is 7th.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but it looks like the total calories is 4 short of 150 (146) which leaves 1 carb.

Suggest you go to fitday.com
if you read the label it will give you calories per serving.. how many servings per container. it will also give you fat grams , protein grams..and carbohydrate grams...
if it has corn syrup and dextrose you can bet it has carbs..
