pleeeeeese help

hello, i have tried cad, atkins and somersizing, i just cant seem to stick with them for a long enough period of time to see any results, like not even a week. i just got done riding my bike to 3 different stores(i dont drive) and not one of them had the book sugarbusters, i am so aggrevated, not even my library has it.

i know the programs are hard to explain online, but i really wanted to start today, but being so aggrevated and the last store i went to look for the book was next to a friendlys and my daughter was hungry for lunch, oh and i forgot to tell you i didnt eat breakfast, well i guess you can tell what happened. anyway, maybe for today i can do cad, since i just ate my reward meal.

does anyone think i could get enough info on here to just get me started till i can get to a book store??? i think i could probably get there on sat. thanks for any and all advice.

Help is on the Way

Try this site:
http://www.prettyimpressivestuff.com/sugarbusters/

This has a nice explaination of the plan and lots of hints to get started.

have you checked with your local library? You could get the book there while you are trying to find it to purchase.

Hi guys --

Reading thru your posts -- for USED books in GREAT condition, try
www.abebooks.com

I buy nearly ALL my books on that site. Very very easy to use, most places take M/C, Visa or PayPal.

I have had excellent luck locating Sugar Busters and other lo-carb books there.

This really IS a very pleasant WOE.

I go through too many diets to keep buying books! I go to the library saves a lot of cash.
