i caved for a day
 
well, i found out this morning i lost 10 lbs!!!! but i'm going to gain a few back because today i caved. it wasn't a matter of "I HAVE TO HAVE CARBS NOW!!" it was more that's all they were serving :( i went with a friend to celebrate a very late mother's day, and all they had was noodles, corn, and cake!!! so i indulged *shame* but i don't feel terrible, and so far no real cravings for carbs. i think i'll be okay. anyway, just wanted to keep people posted...i'm going to the gym tomorrow to help get it out. i did another ketone test...yea, it wasn't pretty *L* oh well. you live and learn!!! hopefully by next week i'll have a much better *and more successful* story to entice you all with *L*

We all have those days! As long as your back on the wagon tomorrow and you have come to terms with the fact that it takes 3 days to start burning fat again...you'll be okay. Me keeping that in mind tend to keep me more honest! Ha! Have fun at the gym! Hey...do you roller blade or bike? That might take the stress out of working out...cause it more play than work...plus you stay cool that way! Ha!

Other People's Food is a problem, all right! With time you'll learn techniques for managing it.

i started back on the program this morning *woo-hoo* i had kill chocolate cravings so i popped a PB cup in my mouth and hid the bag *L* it worked!!! i feel great :) now if i could just get my sorry butt moving...oh well
