Need some high calorie ideas
 

Hi everyone,

I am having a problem getting enough CALORIES into my daily foods without getting the carbs to go with it. Are there any ideas for some high calorie, low carb recipes that you guys rely on when you realize your calories are on the low side?

Add more mayo, butter, olive oil to your food. Sourcream is also a good one.

I add buuter and sour cream to my veggies sometimes....especially when others are having baked potatoes..YUMM
