BFL-Day 3 of Week 4 results, great encouragement!!
I am following BFL by the book, not LCing. But my results are so exciting I decided to post them here to share:)
Waist 33" now 31" Weight 150lbs now 146 lbs to give you an idea my height is 5'9" and my age is 25... I am very excited with my results thus far. The only thing is my workout routine is a bit different then bfl recommendations. I am doing a little more cardio. And I am doing 2 exercises for each major muscle group using 3 sets of 8-10. Every other day doing legs then upper body:) Hope all of you are getting such great results as well! Lisa |
