Corn

I know corn has a lot of carbos, but really how bad is it? Can I have it as long as I am counting the carbohydrates?

Corn has anywhere from 10-18 grams of carb per half a cup and is very high on the glycemic scale. It is also technically not a vegetable, it's a grain. You might be able to work some in once you get to maintainance and even then, you probably wouldn't be able to have much, but there are lots of other veggies that give you more bang for the buck nutrition-wise with a lot less carbs.
