Just finished watching the Atkins tapes it says 20 grams a day of carbs got that but the cheese i but in store says less than 1 carb how much cheese can youneat in a day four ounces or whole package and what about marinade sauce is their any on the market you can but with low carb. can you use equal instead of sugar as long as you nstay under the 20 grams a day.
