wondering something, please ...
i am 23, about 6 foot 2 , and i do not kno what my weight should be.
right now, i weigh between 190-195. also, how do i measure my body fat ? i have seen these scales for like 70 $ that supposedly track both weight, and body fat. has anyone ever tried that ? i wonder if it really works ... i haven't had a lot of time lately, to really get into this. i want to try that FITDAY thing , but i don't kno if i'll be able to commit to it. i wish there was more healthy foods that didn't take time to make. meat takes forever. samwiches of course are off limits , even though they are the most convenient. o well, any suggestions ? input would be nice, and mad appreciated: thanks.
