caramel topping
 

hi everyone. i'm looking to make a homemade very low cal, low fat (and of course as sugar-free as possible) caramel topping for ice cream. butterscotch would work as well. any suggestions. walden farms makes the chocolate topping which is calorie AND sugar free but i'm looking to make something in the caramel/butterscotch variety. i know that steel's makes some, but it is still too high cal for me. any recipes???? please :)
