Finally Hit Pre-Preg Weight with BFL Help!
Just wanted to share my excitement. I had my first child one year and 2 weeks ago, and I have never been able to get any closer than 5 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight with low carbing. I started doing BFL 6 weeks ago, and I finally weighed myself today. I am at the weight I was at when I got pregnant. Yippee!!! I still want to lose a few more pounds, but I am so excited 'cause I've been chipping away at these last few pounds for the whole past year. Just wanted to share!

Great news, Jenny. How are the inches coming along? Strength? More progress info!!!
:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: Nat |
Nat, you're gonna smack me, but I didn't take inch measurements when I first started. I've been working out for so long that I can see the progress on myself really well without having to take inches. I'm sorry! Strength is definitely improving. Stomach is finally flattened considerably, arms and legs look considerably more toned and muscular, it's just great. After only 6 weeks! I am so excited to have finally found my personal secret (low carbing w/BFL). Thanks for all the congrats, I'll keep posting my progress as it (hopefully) continues to happen.

LOL, consider yourself simultaneously congratulated and smacked! How bout taking those measurements now?

Congratulations Jenny!!
That's a milestone worth celebrating. Good for you. (It's amazing what 6 weeks of BFL can do isn't it?) |
Let me add my congrats!
I know exactly how hard it is to lose pregnancy weight. It's taken me 11 years to get close to my pre-preg weight. Maybe I shouldn't have had those three "extra" boys after the first one! ;) Keep up the good work. |
Thanks, everyone! I'll keep ya'all posted, and you guys do the same!!
