Your on the right track, you'll see as time goes on your energy level will rise, just losing weight and eating right helps alone.
You can do this, if I can anybody can, just stick to the plan and take it one day at a time, learn to Love yourself instead of being critical to yourself you'll see a big difference in your attitude as well. We are all such beautiful people, others just can't see beyond the fat, so you have to be the first to let that beauty shine through.
