Time to introduce myself!
 

I feel it is time to introduce myself, because it is a way of saying I am commited to this WOE.

I am a 31 year old mom of a soon to be 3 yr old boy and I am due with another boy the end of July. I am about 80 lbs overweight and I am a carb addict and I want to get healthy!

I have chosen the SP as my low carb plan because I feel it is very balanced and very safe for pregnancy.

I am very glad I have found this low carb website with all it's incredible information and wonderful people.

Welcome Steph, and congratulations on the impending arrival.
I would love to follow how you get along with SP in your pregnancy.. I have gained so much weight with my 3 babies, if I ever find myself pregnant again, I will be looking for a suitable LC plan... again, welcome... Doods.
