My husband has finally seen the hidden carb light!
 

I tell my husband the little tidbits of information that I learn on this list and others, but he oftentimes has a tendency to say "I don't beleive that!"

This morning while grocery shopping, we were going by the "diet" food section where they have all the Atkins bars - I picked one up that had the new labeliong - 22g carbs, 10g fiber) After getting him to beleive that they were the same bars he eats and exlpaining (again) about hidden carbs, he went on his normal tirade of "How can they do that?!", "That's not fair!", etc. The good new is he is finally listening to my low carb hidden carb chatter - he still dosen't 100% beleive me about the lowcarb chocolate bars. :)

Since he discovered that I've lost 10 more pounds than he has, I think he is finally going to listen (at least partially!) to me about what I learn here on the internet about LC. I will of course still leave him to his TiVo forum. ;)
