I'm getting ready to do my A.M. yoga. Please allow me to wring you out of all the old water you are hanging on to. You don't need it right now....you are healed, you feel good, not sore very much, just enough to remind me that I need to work you every day. The new water is much more needed to move on to some major fat cells that I am having a problem with right now. Sincerely, Management :) |
yay me!!! I graduated today! From 3#'s to 5#'s. Man oh man....usually I dont start sweatin till 3rd rep.....but the fountain started well into round 1 YOWZA!
OK....all done, now what? Nice 1/2 hour stroll sounds nice. So very nice to feel the progress in my body. Its getting smaller AND stronger every day. and oh the natural high......ya baby THATS what Im talkin about!! |
