Walking 2 miles a day
 
I just wanted to let eveyone know that I just started walking on Sat. 2 miles very fast. I dropped 2 lb this weekend and I feel so good. If anyone is not exercising I highly recommend it.

Good job on getting out there and getting in motion. It sure helps with the weight loss and for me, an overall sense of well being. Keep up the good work!

not working for me
 
Yes Ive been walking but instead of losing weight- I gain so much muscles on my calves now that it looks terrible and even bigger than I had started. Is there anyway to tone down the calves and make it look slimmer instead of muscular- Im afraid to wear skirts now. Please I do need my question answered. I feel like I need to stop exercising now because of this. I dont even know if Im losing any weight- I dont know what to do anymore- I am so confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

fantastic!

walking is great exercise, pretty much free, and can fit into even the busiest of schedules. It's incredibly good for our health at almost any weight!
