Hydroxycut and Atkins
 

Hi,

Is anyone out there using Hydroxycut with their Diet. I started with the Hydroxycut 2 weeks ago and lost even more weight, but am not sure if it was the atkins or the tablets. I know they are the best for burning fat on the market and I even heard that they will get rid of excess carbs that you eat in your next meal. If anyone out there is using them, can you please tell me how I will know if they are the real deal or if i just wasted my money.

Also.....

Can someone tell me more about "the zone" diet, sounds pretty interesting.

Thanks so much for those references you gave. I had a look at the Hydroxycut thread you gave and basically it gave lots of info on it and people are saying that it works really well. I think I'll just stick with Atkins, why change when the one I have is already working for me.
