I know most of you hear (or read) this all of the time, but since I came across this site 3 days ago...I can't seem to stay away from it. My husband, myself and 2 of our sons are doing the Atkins and in 8 days we have lost a TOTAL of 38 lbs!!! :yay: I have found so many excellent tips, recipes, etc on this site and just want to let all of you know that it is much appreciated. I am hoping to get my husband and boys to read up on issues on here frequently, as I feel it is a wonderful motivator. Thanks again! :clap:

I'm glad you found this forum... I agree it is great.... I have seen others and was disappointed with all of them until I stumbled across this site and found my "home". There is so much info! And you can always find support and suggestions and very knowledgeable people who do their homework when it comes to researching things.

Congrats on the weight loss, too! That is fantastic... I know you are thrilled with such progress for yourself and your family. Whenever you need a boost or hit a "rut" or just want to share your progress, we are all here for you.

I agree that this forum is the BEST!! I can post a question in the morning, and there will most likely be an answer in a few hours time, tops. Surrounded by naysayers, it's really encouraging to know that all of you are on the same side as I am. I don't know if I could've stayed so faithful to this program if it weren't for y'all!!
