If anyone is interested in watching me make something really high-carb :eek:, I'll be on the BCTV Morning Show with Jill Krop making a Chocolate Bourbon, Sour Cherry and Cream Cheese Cake to promote Taste of the Nation . I will be appearing sometime between 7 and 10 am.

Said recipe will be in the Vancouver Sun the following Wednesday. Your high carb friends may enjoy it!
