Hello all!

Quick question:

I've eaten two eggs and two sausages at A&W for breakfast twice since beginning induction but can't find any information on the Internet (or the A&W website which is apparently under construction) about the carbs in the eggs & sausage but can see flecks of stuff in the sausage! Anyone have any idea what's in it or should I do McDonalds instead where, according to the INternet, there's about one carb in the scrambled eggs and none in the sausage?
