Sounds as though you are winning the cholesterol battle. As well there is apparently 10% of the population that diet won't work for and seems to be a genetic link. Again diet is well worth it--better than taking a pill with other side effects if one can avoid it. My HDL and LDL is now in a proper balance also. Good luck to all battling the cholesterol race.
