Stall helped when back on veggies?
 

After a few discussions and speaking to a few people on this forum i may think that when we go back onto induction because we think we have stalled or for what ever reason . we cut out the veggies. then got told that people find they loose their last few stubborn lbs when they do go back onto low carb veggies. anyone find this worked???
