Roxanne is worth it!
So, I joined the gym 3 weeks ago and have been going 6 days a week since. I have been doing all the different classes and some on the elliptical and getting in approx 9 to 10 hours a week in.
This has made a big difference in my moods, my body is already showing some toning and is getting stronger everyday. This is the best thing that I have done for myself since I started doing LC. Monday - 45 min Camp 24 class and then 15 min ab class right after 1 hour on the elliptical depending on time and how I feel Tuesday - 1 hour spin class 1 hour muscle blast class Wednesday - 1 hour aqua fit class 1 hour on the elliptical, depending on time and how I feel Thursday - 1 hour spin class Friday - 45 min Camp 24 class and then 15 min ab class 1 hour on the elliptical, depending on time and how I feel Saturday - 1 hour aqua fit class 1 hour on the elliptical if I feel up to it, or depending on time Sunday - Day of Rest |

Aqua Fit at 9:00 No other cardio today, to sore and need a little break today. Cleaning my MIL house and mine today will also give me a little more exercise as well. |

15 mins on the treadmill 5 mins on the rowing machine, just to check it out 30 reps on two different machines that are supposed to help with my back fat..we shall see about that. :lol: |
Friday, Saturday and Sunday were days off for me due to car issues with Tim and company for the weekend.
Back at it today, 1 hour Camp 24 is done! |
Today is Spin Class and Muscle Blast Class.
My muscles are sore from camp 24, my legs and my stomach mostly. |

Today, 1 hour Camp 24. Had me dripping with sweat and seemed to be a little easier for me to keep pace and do all the reps. I got a really good workout today for sure. :agree:

No workout yesterday due to the class.
Today was Body Pump, first time doing the class and there was a sub, figures, right? Anyway, it was kind of hard for me to follow her. I was assured that the normal instructor is much better by some of my buddies that are in my Camp 24 class. |
Yesterday was spin class with Lindsey. Boy that gal has me sweating and working hard. I wish that I could have her on Tuesday's spin also, she does teach at the other gym that I go to on Tuesday, however with having to be there to sign up hour before and the kids and late start situation, it makes it harder. I might give it a shot next week and see if I can make it work.

Yesterday was 1 hour Aqua class.
Today is day off, day to be with family and let the muscles have a rest. :) |
Monday: Camp 24 and about half hour on the Elliptical
Tuesday: None Wednesday: Body Pump-this is a great class, first time with the normal instructor leading the class for me. I loved it! |
