Hello.

Very new to this but it looks promising though.

:doah: Like the idea of eating lots of bacon, chicken and fatty foods!!

I go to the gym a lot but my work colleagues (mostly female) tell me you can't do a lot of anaerobic exercise due to this diet, which is a bit of a bummer. Any recommendations would be most welcome.

Hi Guy,
Welcome to the forum!! I'm sure you'll get all kinds of helpful info and support here! Lots of great people!

Make a stop over to the exercise section and poke around or ask your question there. I don't think any exercise is not good with this WOE but I don't want to steer you wrong!

Hope to see more (or LESS!) of you around the forum!!

Hello

Welcome to the forum. You have come to the right place. :-) I am doint Atkins and love every moment of it. Just a little question ... the girls working with you ... are they on a Low Carb way of life? I think not.

6 pack?

;) thank you both.

I'm on to it.

Being honest, my main goal is quite vain really ... I’m after a 6 pack by xmas!

I do loads of sit-ups and ab crunches etc, but no definition yet. The plan is to lose the weight and then get the definition.

Anyway, enough about me. I’ll look into it, and come back when I’m better educated about this.

You never know this could be me??
