New to this board, just started the Dr atkins diet today. My sister-n-law lost 120 pds. I hope, I do half as well on my diet as she has done. Have a lot of weight to lose. :eek: hope I can manage it. :D

Congratulations for starting low carb. It's great that you have a success story model in the family -- I think that will be a great deal of help.
