A few basic ckd questions.
1. Can one gain muscle on the ckd?
2. Would this workout be sufficent on the ckd? mon: chest/back wed: shoulders/arms fri: legs/abs 3. On the carb up days can one eat anything? Ie. pizza,beer, ice cream, candy etc.? Thanks in advance. Jay |

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...&threadid=39717 You CAN gain muscle while on a CKD/BO ... but keep in mind that it is a FAT LOSS plan primarily. If you are looking to gain muscle mass, it may not be the best plan for you. You would be better off cycling a CKD phase (8 weeks or so), with a period of slightly higher calorie intake and super-intense lifitng (again 6 to 8 weeks.) I use this approach and really enjoy the results. |
