Cheated
 

Well, I've been reading everybodys confessions over the past weekend..lol...seems I'm not the only one who couldnt resist the Easter Bunny temptation. But, yes I'm confessing, too. I ate so much chocolate the past 2 days I am sick..and so mad at myself...I think I gained like 5 lbs..and for what...it wasnt even worth it....Im down 29 lbs and I blew it....now I gotta wait till my body is back in ketosis....that itself should have kept me from cheating..oh well......back on the wagon tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bash:

Let's face it - we all do it! We all cheat at some time and then we are sorry later when we get all the awful high carb effects. I did over Easter - it dragged on a bit but I am back on track now - 4 days perfect so I'm pleased with myself. I'm sure you're back on track too and felling good about it.
At least it stops us doing it to often - the side effects I mean. I think it's good accoasionally - so we know why we're on it to begin with.
