Reached my goal weight and i want more!
Hi all,
my journey was not as long or impressive as some of the people on this forum but i am happy to say i have hit the goal weight that i set when i started out. The majority of my loss was a result of changing my diet, i followed the paleo style of eating and it seems to agree with me. The last 4lbs were really stubborn so i added in exercise and now i am truly hooked on it, i can't get enough of it. I would still like to get down to about 170lbs but i think i want to switch to tracking my body fat percentage instead. I just have to figure out how to get the bodyfat readout on my weightwatchers digital scale to work. Lastly i want to thank all the people who have taken the time to post their stories,and pictures, they were, and will continue to be, extremely helpful and motivating. Andre |
