What is brown sugar twin?

I went to my grocer, and saw Sugar Twin but not brown sugar twin. Is it a brand name, or were they just out? Suprisingly they had a small atkins section, so I picked up some bake mix, and a shake mix. WooHoo! Oh one other thing, I was reading a recipe for the Deep dish Quiche Pizza that I wanted to try, and it said to get a low carb pizza sauce. I am wondering what is considered low carb? 4 grams ok? That is the lowest I could find. I am wondering if the Atkins store has something a bit lower, but that seems decent, and sounds tasty!

Thanks for the great site, and contributions by everyone!

Only in Canada ...

In Canada you can get SugarTwin made with sodium cyclamate (it was banned in the US about 20 years ago, but the claims were never proven). It comes in several different forms: liquid (0 carbs), packets, and white and brown granulated. The brown has caramel colour and artificial flavouring added to make it taste more like brown sugar. You can substitute granulated Splenda in any recipes containing brown SugarTwin.
