Cooking with protein
Hi there.. brand new to this chat group, :wave:
but i have a question from another group i am involved with.. can anyone help me??? :confused: I am lloking to find information on whether it is ok to cook with protein powders. Can anyone give me any websites that discuss this, or any contributions ??? Thanks very much :) |
Soya protein and whey protein are generally used in baked goods and desserts. There are no specific sites that I know of, but most low-carb recipe sites will have a few baking recipes that use them.
