Cherry and grape tomatoes
 

Are these legal, and if yes, how many can I eat?? Ive been averaging about 1 dry pint.. so please let me know.. thanks!

Yes they are legal, but they are still tomatos. Tomatos have natural sugars so you should limit these as with any tomato.

I normally have about 6 small ones or 3 larger on my salad.

It's never too late to read the new edition of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution or learn how to count carbs.

You're heading towards maintenance and will need to put into practice all the information that the maintenance chapter provides.

Don't mess up your progress with the wrong interpretation of Atkins.
