Popcorn - CONQUERED!
 

Before I started induction I swore I would go insane from the lack of popcorn!

Talk about the shock of a lifetime... Between the lack of sugar and low carbs, induction began with 3 days of headaches. OUCH!

I'm feeling great now and am off induction this week. Decided, okay...time for 2 cups of popcorn. (Of course, I devoured 3/4 of a bag before!!!!!!!!!)

It was such a wonderful feeling to sit down with my popcorn and butter. DELICIOUS! But...even more amazing...I had enough after one cup! What used to be a 5 night a week snack has become an occasional treat! I was positively shocked by that revelation!

Yay, lo carb!!!!!!!!!!!!
