Hi, Everyone

Just wanted to say a quick hello by way of an intro – I’m new and have posted my intro in the intro section.

I’m enjoying this forum quite a bit and will visit often, but I may find my comments and questions a better fit the over at the “vegetarian” and “zone” forums. Just wanted to say hi, and let other “veggies” and “zoners” know I was here.

Oh, one other thing: Can anyone point me to a link that explains how to track your body fat ratio? I’d like to get some goals and stats up here!
