Too good to be true mousse???

I tried my first attempt at some home made chocolate mousse. It came out great, which leads me to believe it can't be good for me. Could any of you pros give the break down on the nutritional
values of a 1/2 cup serving of this? I used about 5 ounces of heavy cream, 1 tbsp of Nestles baking cocoa, and 1 packet of splenda. When blended with a mixer it yields about 2 to 3 cups, then let it set up in the fridge. The cocoa said 3 total carbs , 2 dietary fibers per tbsp. Nothing about sugar. I just know somehow this going to one of those too good to be true treats, isn't it? Thanks for any help/advice.

The cream has about 4 grams of carbs for that amount and add 1 carb for the packet of splenda. :) (just to be on the safe side)

Bojake,

If you take your three ingredients in equal proporions, eg. 1 Tbs each, and stir them like mad, they will eventually stiffen up into the smoothest, richest chocolate. You can eat this with the spoon you stirred it with and it is just enough to curb the need for chocolate. I would imagine you could actually drop these onto wax paper and refrigerate for a small "Herhsey's kiss". Just don't eat it too often!

Carol :)
