Sample day menu..I need a review please!
I'd like to put down what Im eating on a typical day and see if Im in the right role for induction or if IM way off base..
Bkft... egg omelette with ham and cheese Lunch: Salad with egg, tomatoes, a couple cukes, cheese and about 2 tbps bleu cheese dressing--- some cknbreast cooked with ham and swiss cheese Dinner--ckn or a steak...with a salad or green beens Please let me know.. thanks in advance |
Your menu seems fine, altho Dr. Atkins in his latest edition suggests cutting back on cheese consumption. I did eat a lot of cheese and still lost weight but I know some people have a stall in their weight loss when they consume a lot of cheese. What about water and vitamins?

Watch the over use of ham. It is very salty. :)
Remember 3 to 4 oz of cheese a day. Other than that it looks good. Remember to drink your daily requirement of water and make sure your calories at 10 to 12 times your body weight |
The content of it looks great. One thing I've learned over eight months of this is to eat smaller meals and snack. That way your blood sugar never gets a big surge and you never get very hungry (and thus are much less likely to go off in the wrong direction).
