Hi everybody!

I'm a new member, from Vancouver. I spent few hours yesterday to read through the old posts, and am impressed that there are so many people from Vancouver and BC here. Even more, you all seem to be really great people, and I see you even get-together for dinner or coffee from time to time. I'll be thrilled to meet some of you! Everything sounds so great, I'm looking forward to making some new friends.

I've been on Atkins for three weeks, and already feel great. I'll start my dairy soon, so you can read my story there.

I also visited your web site and liked it very much. I found a link to the Community Kitchens, and like the idea very much. I'm thinking about joining it since I'm passionate about cooking and like to meet new people.

Sounds like a wonderfull idea!!! I believe we can do it, we just need to get organized, and see if some people are interested. It doesn't have to be anything big for the beggining, just a small gathering.

I'm sure that would be fun!
