Need help on cutting calories

I would like to start cutting calories along with my no carb eating.

Can anyone help me figure out the minimum amount of calories I need to maintain my weight, so I'll know how much to cut back ?
Is there some kind of calculator on the web I could use.

Before you decide to do that, read these links:

Low-carbing is not a quick weight loss diet, but rather a plan to teach you good eating habits for the rest of your life. Don't torture your body into submission. It will fight back!

Thanks for the links, I officially retract my question.

Lean Body Mass, trifle. If your lean body mass is 125 pounds and you weigh 150 pounds, you are 20% body fat--quite thin, even if 150 "sounds" fat in the popular ear! Both Protein Power and the Zone tell us to eat a minimum amount of protein calculated on LBM and our activity levels.

I know we oldbies tend to overuse our abbreviations! :) Sorry bout that.
