How to post my pic under my name?

I'm new, and I was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to insert my picture under my name, like I've seen others do.

Thanks Ryan... My own pic was too big, so I'm going to try and have it made smaller, and use the butterfly in the meantime. :sunny:
