Here we go again....
 

well after losing more than 80 lbs. a couple years ago, I have been creeping upwards to a 40lb. weight gain..arrrghhh. I've been working out the whole time regularly but my eating has gotten out of control. It's funny you start feeling great and looking good that the old habits come back into play without really trying too hard. I've been lifting heavy weights and have gotten alot stronger and I know I've gained alot of muscle but my clothes are tight and I feel fat again so I'm back on the induction once again!! Day 4 today and down 4 lbs. so feeling pretty good had a monster headache yesterday but feel ok today a little tired so I'm off to the gym just wanted to stop since I haven't been reading the forums in months and needed a little support.
