What did you Have for Breakfast (Gen LC)
Well, the Atkinsers have a “what did you have for breakfast” thread we should have one too!!!
What did you have for breakfast today? Salmon Salad on one LC toast, a few tomato slices. |
50g of whey protein, 1/2 cup of ground flax :)

omelet with 2 eggs, cream, jack cheese, chili powder and cumin. yum!

1 homemade tuna burger(tuna, flax, egg)
mustard ketchup |
2 over-medium eggs on a slice of low carb bread, and 3 slices of bacon.

I already posted but as I am just keeping my carbs low and not to any guidelines, I'll post here from now on :)
Brekkie= 1 egg nuked with red onion, yellow pepper bits and a mushroom. Topped with a whole tomato sliced. |
A protein shake made with 2 scoops of whey protein, coconut oil, unsalted butter, cream, xanthan, cinnamon, and flax. Very tasty.
And some bacon. But not in the shake. ;) |
3 eggs cooked in the grease of my 3 bacon strips.

One 150 cal. Bacon, Egg and Cheese Lean Pocket. Two Ritz crackers with cream cheese.

Two eggs, fried in pam. Coffee w/splenda

A Cinnamon Walnut Power Muffin and some sliced strawberries. Very yummy.

forgot my brunch of eggs with cheese and ham rolled up and some coffee with cream and splenda.

I had a Dannon Carb Control yogurt w/ 1 tbsp flax meal, coffee w/ ff H&H, 1 HB egg and spicy V8 juice.
My late morning snack was 1 wasa crispbread w/ PB and s/f jam :yum: |

today 2 fried eggs |
