Gotta love that Whoosh Fairy eh !!

Well, I tell ya... you just gotta love that Whoosh Fairy !! I was in a holding pattern for 10 or 11 days holding in at the same weight, then almost overnight I lost about 4 lbs !! That's a total of 21 lbs since Dec 4. I am really excited as you probably can tell. If there is anyone reading this and are new, just keep on track with the program, it seems to be working if you just stick to your guns ! Now, just 56 lbs to go by August to reach my first long term goal.

P.S. How does one get your photo in the left hand side of the message post ?

Gotta go for now,
Craig

You're doing great, Craig! what an inspiration!

I haven't had a "whoosh" experience yet, but as long as I don't gain, or steadily lose, I'll be happy.

Shalom,
SH'ra

Your picture

Ask Tamarian (Wa'il) to do it for you. He's so terrific about it!

As for pictures, here's a quick guide on how to do it:

Sh'ra - From your stats it appears that you are also doing great !
I suspect I will lose a bunch at first and then be slow going from there, but Im gonna do everything in my power to keep the burn happening fast.. I've got some mountains in the Rockies I want to climb and that's one of my major goals. So if I've got to add in walking and other activities as well as my swimming then im gonna do it. It feels good to finally have some hard and fast goals set out for myself. I once read that you can never achieve your goals if you havn't taken the time to write them down and prioritize them.

Anyways, take care and Shalom !
