Popping In

Hi everyone,

Long time, no talk to or hear from. Just thought I'd pop in and see how everyone is doing. My average weight is down 1.1 pounds this week, yet I'm weighting till next week to post the new weight. I haven't lost any inches this week, but better yet, I haven't gained any inches this week either. :D
